This role combines technical SCADA system operations with project management office responsibilities to support the planning, monitoring, and coordination of urban infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will oversee real-time control systems while ensuring project timelines, documentation, and resource allocation align with organizational objectives. You will play a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency and project delivery excellence across our urban planning initiatives.Monitor and operate SCADA systems to ensure continuous and reliable performance of urban infrastructure controls and data acquisition processesAnalyze real-time system data and generate comprehensive reports on operational metrics, anomalies, and system performanceCoordinate with project teams to ensure SCADA system implementations align with project schedules and deliverablesMaintain detailed documentation of system operations, maintenance activities, and project milestones in accordance with PMO standardsTroubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate technical teams while maintaining operational continuitySupport project planning activities by providing technical input on SCADA requirements and implementation timelinesOrganize and track project resources, schedules, and budgets related to SCADA and urban infrastructure initiativesConduct regular system audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to operational and project management protocolsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, planners, and stakeholders to optimize system performance and project outcomesPrepare status reports and presentations for project stakeholders and management on operational and project progressQualificationsProven experience operating and monitoring SCADA systems in industrial or infrastructure environmentsStrong knowledge of Human-Machine Interface (HMI) platforms and industrial control systemsDemonstrated experience with project management office functions, including scheduling, documentation, and resource coordinationProficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret complex operational metricsFamiliarity with urban infrastructure systems, smart city technologies, or similar large-scale projectsExperience with project management tools and softwareStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagementAnalytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilitiesKnowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programming or industrial automation is preferredExperience in project coordination within the utilities, infrastructure, or urban planning sectors is preferredFamiliarity with project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, or similar frameworks) is preferredUnderstanding of regulatory compliance and safety standards in industrial operations is preferred
