With 26 years of scaffolding experience behind the group, we design, supply, erect and dismantle scaffolding, grandstands, staging and access structures for events, exhibitions, commercial and construction projects. Our work is delivered by trained site crews working to strict safety standards, and as our project load grows we are looking for skilled scaffolders to join the team.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Scaffolder to erect, modify and dismantle scaffolding and temporary structures across our project and event sites. The role involves working as part of a site crew under the supervision of the site supervisor, following approved drawings and method statements, and maintaining safe working practices at all times.Key ResponsibilitiesErect, alter and dismantle scaffolding and temporary structures as per approved drawingsHandle, sort and stack scaffolding materials — tubes, boards, couplers and fittingsEnsure structures are properly braced, tied and secured before handoverCarry out routine checks and report defective materials or unsafe conditionsWork to project deadlines, including event build-up and dismantling schedulesFollow all site safety rules, method statements and permit-to-work requirementsUse PPE correctly at all times, including full-body harness when working at heightSupport the supervisor and site helpers as requiredQualifications & RequirementsMinimum 2–3 years' scaffolding experience, preferably in the UAE or GCCThird-party scaffolding certificate or recognised scaffolding training preferredAble to work with tube-and-clamp and system scaffoldingAble to read and follow scaffold drawings and instructionsGood understanding of work-at-height and PPE safety requirementsPhysically fit and able to work outdoors in site conditionsWilling to work flexible hours during event build-up and dismantling periodsBasic communication skills in English, Hindi or UrduWhat We OfferEmployment visa provided by the companyAir ticket providedCompany accommodation and transportMedical insurance as per UAE labour lawSalary based on experienceLong-term opportunity with an established UAE companyHow to ApplyCall or WhatsApp 055 472 2600, or send your CV on WhatsApp to the same number.
