Scaffolding Supervisor – Hospital ProjectWe are currently looking for an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to join our team for a major hospital project.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate scaffolding erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling works.Ensure scaffolding works are carried out safely and in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, and project requirements.Inspect scaffolding systems and ensure proper tagging and safe access before use.Coordinate with Site Engineers, Foremen, HSE personnel, and other trades to ensure smooth execution of works.Monitor scaffolding manpower, materials, tools, and daily productivity.Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and project safety procedures.Identify unsafe conditions and take immediate corrective action.Maintain proper records of scaffolding inspections and related activities.RequirementsMinimum 5–8 years of experience in scaffolding supervision.Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, erection, dismantling, and inspection procedures.Good understanding of working-at-height and scaffolding safety requirements.Relevant scaffolding certification is an advantage.Strong leadership and manpower coordination skills.Immediate joiners or candidates available within a short notice period are preferred.
