With a customer-centric approach, the organization is dedicated to meeting the unique needs of international students and helping them achieve their educational goals.Role Description: WE ARE LOOKING FOR A COMPETENT CLASS SCHEDULERAre you someone who is open to working on weekends and loves challenging tasks in a fast-paced environment! The Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and managing daily class schedules for students, and academic team for the centre. This on-site role includes organizing classes, ensuring that resources such as classrooms and staff are efficiently allocated. The Scheduler will maintain and update scheduling data, confirm classes arrangements with teachers, and quickly resolve conflicts or changes. The role involves close collaboration with all stakeholders to support smooth delivery of study and training services. The Scheduler will also handle basic administrative tasks related to timetables, attendance, and communication with course consultants and teachers.We offer attractive remuneration packages, annual bonus, and promotion. Training will be provided! Requirement:1.   We are a tuition centre, weekend work is mandatory2.   Our clients are mainly Chinese-based; therefore, candidates must be able to communicate fluently with Chinese parents in their Mother Tongue. Work ScheduleMonday to Friday: 11.00am – 8.30pm (with both lunch and dinner breaks included)Saturday & Sunday: 9.30am – 6.30pm (with lunch break included)Weekly working hours: 44 hoursWeekly off: 1.5 days (face to face discussion)Public Holidays: OFF Job Scope1.   Assist in course scheduling and class arrangement2.   Ensure timely & accurate updates to the academic and management team whenever necessary3.   Assist in basic admin duties whenever necessary4.   Maintaining Centre’s environment to be clean and tidy5.   Internal and external communication (message platforms, emails, and calls etc.)6.   Assisting in student stay-back sessions7.   Supporting the teaching team in materials preparation whenever necessary Welfare1.   Work Pass application (if required)2.   Paid annual leave3.   Comprehensive training 4.   Other employee welfares (to be discussed personally)5.   Salary (to be discussed personally)6.   Bonus (to be discussed personally)7.   Seasonally team building eventsJob Requirement1.   Weekend work is required2.   Minimum O/A level, Poly diploma or equivalent3.   Communication outside working hours is required4.   Experienced in using Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel5.   Highly responsible and highly responsive, with a Can-Do attitude6.   Good communication and interpersonal skills7.   Independent team player with strong scheduling and time-management skills, with experience preferred8.   Meticulous candidate with excellent organizational and administrative abilities, including attention to detail and follow-throughApplication Process1.   Qualified candidate will be contacted by email and receive interview invitation2.   Interview outcome will be released in 1-2 weeks by email.
