The Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and managing a high volume of appointments, schedules, and calendar activities while ensuring an exceptional experience for both clients and internal stakeholders. This role serves as a critical link between clients, operations teams, and service providers by maintaining accurate schedules, quickly resolving conflicts, and ensuring optimal coverage and resource allocation.The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, excellent time management, and the ability to manage multiple scheduling requests simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. This position requires experience handling high-volume scheduling operations and working with scheduling systems, calendars, and workforce coordination processes.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate a high volume of daily scheduling activities and appointments.Maintain accurate schedules, calendars, and workforce assignments.Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling-related inquiries and changes.Communicate effectively with clients, candidates, employees, and internal teams regarding schedule adjustments.Monitor schedule coverage and proactively identify staffing or scheduling gaps.Resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes while minimizing operational disruptions.Ensure all scheduling information is accurate, updated, and properly documented.Track schedule adherence and provide updates to management as needed.Collaborate with recruiting, operations, and client-facing teams to align scheduling requirements.Maintain data integrity within scheduling platforms, CRM systems, or workforce management tools.Prioritize urgent requests while balancing multiple competing demands.Support reporting and administrative tasks related to scheduling activities.Deliver a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications

2-3+ years of experience in HOMECARE AND HOMEHEALTH scheduling, workforce coordination, appointment setting, or related operational roles.
