Are you detail-oriented and passionate about operations?We’re seeking an energetic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Scheduling Coordinator, playing a crucial role in the success of our studios.As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will:Manage and optimize class schedules across all locations, ensuring smooth daily operationsCollaborate with department head to analyze class performance and implement schedule adjustmentsEnsure accurate record-keeping and maintain up-to-date schedules in the Sentinel systemCoordinate emergency coverage needs and resolve scheduling conflictsSupport coaches and head coaches with leave requests, system queries, and assist with payroll and commission-related mattersMaintain strong communication with the Club General Managers, Studio Experience Managers, and the wider management team
