Two SLPs are needed to manage K-12 caseloads spanning multiple school sites, fostering growth among students across a diverse age range.Desired Skills & QualificationsActive Connecticut Speech-Language Pathologist license requiredASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) must be currentPrevious experience providing speech/language services in a school environment strongly preferredCapacity to independently manage a K-12 caseload and collaborate with multidisciplinary teamsStrong communication, organizational, and documentation abilitiesCommitted to in-person service delivery; remote work is not availableKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapeutic interventions for students with speech and language disordersConduct thorough evaluations, write comprehensive reports, and maintain compliant documentationCollaborate with teachers, families, and specialists to create supportive learning environmentsMonitor student progress, adjust therapy plans as needed, and contribute actively to IEP meetingsServe as an advocate for students’ communication needs across multiple schools in the districtThis position allows you to work directly with students and staff to ensure every learner has the tools and support they need to thrive.
