Bring mental health care directly to the children who need it most.ICGH is seeking a compassionate, motivated therapist to provide services inside Carteret County schools. We welcome fully licensed and associate-level clinicians holding an LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC, or LCMHCA credential.By meeting students where they already spend their day, you will help remove barriers to care and provide consistent support in a familiar setting. You will work with children and adolescents, engage families, and collaborate with school staff to support students’ emotional well-being, relationships, and ability to learn.BenefitsSign-on bonus401(k) retirement planHealth insuranceMeaningful work providing direct care to children and adolescents in their schools.What You’ll DoProvide clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.Deliver evidence-based therapy for students experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, and other mental health concerns.Help students build coping skills, emotional regulation, communication, and healthy relationships.Engage parents and caregivers in treatment as appropriate.Collaborate with teachers, school counselors, administrators, and ICGH providers while maintaining confidentiality.Assess safety concerns, support crisis intervention, and coordinate additional services when needed.Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.What We’re Looking ForActive North Carolina licensure as an LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC, or LCMHCA.Commitment to serving children, adolescents, and families with compassion and respect.Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work effectively within a school setting and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Experience with children and adolescents, school-based services, or trauma-informed care preferred.Associate-level clinicians must maintain supervision appropriate to their licensure.Make a Difference with ICGHReach students who might otherwise struggle to access care.
