PRE-PRIMARY COORDINATORExperience: 3–5 years in Pre-Primary/Early Years education

Qualifications

B.Ed./D.El.Ed./NTT/ECCE or equivalent preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Pre-Primary academic programme
• Mentor teachers and strengthen classroom practices
• Implement play-based, experiential and child-centred learning
• Support implementation of NEP 2020, FLN & ECCE
• Coordinate lesson planning, assessments and parent engagement🔹 2. PRIMARY SCHOOL COORDINATORExperience: 3–5 years in Primary School teaching/academic coordination

Qualifications

B.Ed. or equivalent; relevant academic leadership experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate academic planning for Primary classes
• Mentor and guide teachers
• Monitor lesson plans, assessments and student progress
• Promote experiential, activity-based and value-oriented learning
• Coordinate academic activities and parent communication🔹 3. MIDDLE SCHOOL COORDINATORExperience: 3–5 years in Middle School teaching/academic coordination

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with B.Ed. preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Lead academic coordination for Middle School
• Support teachers in curriculum planning and implementation
• Monitor academic progress, assessments and classroom practices
• Encourage interdisciplinary, experiential and inquiry-based learning
