The role involves providing direct nursing care to students, including assessing health concerns, administering first aid, managing chronic conditions, and coordinating emergency responses. The School Nurse will maintain health records, monitor immunizations, and support school health policies and procedures in line with local regulations and best practices. Daily responsibilities include health screenings, managing the school clinic, promoting wellness and preventive care, and collaborating with educators and families to support student well-being and safe participation in school activities. The School Nurse will also contribute to health education initiatives and participate in school safety and emergency preparedness planning.Qualifications Demonstrated skills in School Nursing and School Health within a K–12 environmentProfessional competence in Nursing and Medicine, with current licensure or registration as required by Saudi regulationsExperience or training in Pediatrics, including assessment and care of children and adolescentsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and staffAbility to maintain accurate medical records and handle confidential information responsiblyRelevant nursing degree or diploma from an accredited institution; school health or pediatric certification is an advantageExperience in an international or bilingual school setting and familiarity with multicultural environments is beneficialBasic proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an asset
