The school is dedicated to educating future leaders and innovators through rigorous academics and strong character development.Role Description The School Principal is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Jeddah, responsible for overseeing the daily operations and educational quality of Hala Jeddah International Schools. This role includes guiding instructional practices, supervising and supporting faculty and staff, and ensuring that curriculum and teaching methods align with the school’s American program and mission. The Principal will lead school improvement initiatives, manage student admissions and discipline processes, and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve collaborating with families, community partners, and external education bodies, overseeing budgets and resources, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and accreditation standards. The Principal will champion the school’s vision of empowering young learners and fostering a culture of academic excellence, respect, and continuous improvement.QualificationsStrong educational leadership skills with proven experience in school administration, strategic planning, and staff supervision.Expertise in curriculum development and implementation, preferably within an American or international school context.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build constructive relationships with students, families, staff, and external stakeholders.Background in education and familiarity with middle school and primary school environments, including knowledge of age-appropriate pedagogy and student support.Advanced degree in Education, Educational Leadership, School Administration, or a related field.Experience working in international or multicultural school settings; knowledge of regional education regulations is an asset.Demonstrated ability to promote a safe, inclusive, and student-centered school culture.Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
