Onward Education is partnering with a school district in the Adams County (Thornton, CO) area to hire a full-time, on-site School Social Worker or School Psychologist for the 2026–2027 school year. This role supports students receiving mental health services through an IEP, with services and caseload needs varying by campus.Brief Role SummaryIn this position, you’ll provide direct and indirect mental health and social-emotional services to students receiving special education supports. You may deliver 1:1 counseling, facilitate social skills groups, support crisis response, and contribute to evaluations and IEP documentation in the social-emotional domain.
