Prospective team members will join a forward-looking organization that blends technology, education, and industry expertise to redefine how organizations train and learn.Role Description Science & Math Educational Consultants at EKSON Technology design, adapt, and deliver science and mathematics learning content that leverages XR and motion simulation tools. In this full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Moqatam, the consultant collaborates with internal teams and client stakeholders to assess training needs, develop curricula, and align content with educational standards and organizational objectives. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations with clients, translating complex scientific and mathematical concepts into accessible learning modules, and providing feedback on instructional design and learner engagement strategies. The consultant also supports implementation and evaluation of training programs, offers ongoing guidance to educators and trainers, and contributes to continuous improvement of EKSON’s educational offerings.Qualifications Strong background in Education and Educational Consulting, with the ability to design and evaluate science and math learning programs.Experience in Consulting and Customer Service, including needs assessment, client-facing communication, and relationship management.Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for explaining complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.Relevant academic qualification in Mathematics, Science, Education, or a related field; advanced degrees are an advantage.Familiarity with technology-enhanced learning, XR or simulation-based training, and modern instructional design principles.Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Moqatam, collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on learner outcomes and measurable training impact.
