Nutty Scientists is dedicated to nurturing the passion for science and critical thinking in children.Role DescriptionThis is a full time on-site role for a Science Communicator based in New Cairo. The Science Communicator will deliver interactive science workshops, performances, and demonstrations to children, making complex scientific concepts engaging and easy to understand. The role involves preparing educational materials, conducting experiments during sessions, and fostering enthusiasm for science among children through fun and captivating learning experiences. The Science Communicator will also work collaboratively with a team to plan and execute educational initiatives, such as science shows, environmental and life skills programs.QualificationsStrong science communication, public speaking, and presentation skillsAbility to design and deliver engaging, interactive educational sessions and experimentsExperience working with children, alongside excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilitiesCreative thinking and adaptability to tailor content based on audience needsOrganizational and planning skills, with attention to detail in preparing materials and presentationsBackground in education, science, or a related field is a plusPassion for sparking curiosity and fostering learning in childrenProficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred
