The Science Faculty member will deliver engaging classroom instruction in subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, or Biology for students preparing for competitive exams and school-level assessments. Daily responsibilities include planning and structuring lessons, explaining concepts clearly, guiding problem-solving, and using tests and assignments to monitor progress. The role involves regular doubt-clearing sessions, individualized academic support, and mentorship to help students stay motivated and on track. The Science Faculty will also collaborate with other educators to align teaching methods with Motion’s learning ecosystem and participate in academic discussions, workshops, and curriculum enhancement activities.Qualifications Strong subject-matter expertise in Physics, Chemistry, or Biology, with the ability to teach at JEE/NEET and advanced school levels.Demonstrated classroom teaching skills, including lesson planning, concept explanation, and problem-solving guidance.Ability to conduct assessments, analyze student performance, and use data to improve teaching strategies.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for doubt-clearing, mentoring, and motivating diverse learners.Comfort with using basic educational technology and digital tools for presentations, tests, and student feedback.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant science discipline (e.g., B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Tech, M.Tech); teaching certifications are an advantage.Prior experience in coaching or teaching for competitive examinations (JEE, NEET, Olympiads) is highly desirable.Ability to work in a structured, student-centered environment and align with Motion Education’s values of trust, rigor, and learner support.
