The well-being of every learner is a central priority, with a focus on ensuring students feel happy, safe, accepted, and valued alongside achieving above-standard academic outcomes.Role Description The Science Teacher will deliver engaging, standards-aligned science lessons to students, using a variety of instructional strategies and resources to support different learning needs. Responsibilities include planning and implementing daily lessons, assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records of achievement. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, participate in school-wide initiatives, attend staff meetings and professional development sessions, and contribute to a positive, inclusive classroom and school culture. The role also involves communicating regularly with families, supporting student well-being, and integrating cross-curricular links to reinforce relevance and real-world application of scientific concepts. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.Qualifications: Relevant bachelor’s degree in Science field is a must.Candidates should possess strong Science Education expertise, with the ability to teach a range of science subjects effectively and in alignment with curriculum standards.Candidates should possess Lesson Planning skills, including designing differentiated, student-centered lessons, units, and assessments that meet diverse learning needs.Demonstrated classroom management skills, commitment to student well-being, and experience working in multicultural, inclusive school environments.Strong communication and collaboration abilities, including effective engagement with students, families, and colleagues.Experience with American curriculum frameworks (e.g., New York State Common Core) or similar international standards is highly beneficial.
