The school provides a supportive, structured learning environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and personal growth.Role Description The Science Teacher (Grades 2–5) will design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate science lessons that align with MLKIS standards-based curriculum. Responsibilities include planning and implementing daily lessons, preparing instructional materials, assessing student learning, and providing timely feedback to support academic progress. The teacher will incorporate basic concepts in science, physics, and mathematics into hands-on activities, experiments, and projects that build foundational skills. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues, communicating with families about student progress, and contributing to school events and initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jeddah.Qualifications Strong background in Science Education with the ability to teach foundational concepts to students in Grades 2–5.Knowledge of basic Physics and Mathematics appropriate for primary school levels.Qualified Teacher status with formal training in education or a related field.Demonstrated proficiency in Lesson Planning, curriculum implementation, and classroom assessment.Bachelor’s degree in Education, Science, or a closely related discipline (advanced qualifications are an advantage).Experience teaching primary school students, preferably in an international or standards-based school setting.Effective classroom management skills and the ability to create an inclusive, supportive learning environment.Clear, professional communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an asset.Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and participate in ongoing professional development.
