The ideal candidate will manage scientific programs, develop evidence-based content, support research collaborations, and serve as a key scientific liaison between internal teams, healthcare professionals, researchers, academic institutions, and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement scientific affairs strategies, evidence-generation plans, research initiatives, and scientific communication programs aligned with organizational objectives.Lead scientific engagement activities, including literature reviews, scientific presentations, research collaborations, advisory boards, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing programs.Collaborate with Research & Development, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Research, Quality Assurance, Product Development, Marketing, Business Development, Academia, and Executive Leadership to support scientific innovation and business priorities.Review and interpret scientific literature, clinical data, research findings, market intelligence, and emerging scientific trends to provide strategic recommendations.Develop scientific content including white papers, technical briefs, publications, presentations, training materials, scientific reports, manuscripts, and evidence summaries.Manage relationships with researchers, universities, healthcare professionals, scientific societies, laboratories, clinical partners, and external experts.Support clinical studies, research programs, product evaluations, scientific validation activities, and regulatory submissions where applicable.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including scientific engagement, research outcomes, publication activities, stakeholder satisfaction, evidence generation, regulatory milestones, scientific communication effectiveness, and project delivery.Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, international scientific standards, ethical research practices, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.Manage scientific affairs budgets, research collaborations, external partnerships, scientific events, conferences, and educational initiatives.Drive digital transformation initiatives through scientific knowledge management systems, artificial intelligence (AI)-powered literature analysis, research intelligence platforms, clinical data analytics, digital collaboration tools, and automated scientific reporting solutions.Utilize scientific databases, clinical research platforms, document management systems, ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, analytics tools, and knowledge management platforms to monitor scientific performance and generate actionable insights.Prepare scientific reports, research summaries, executive dashboards, advisory board materials, conference presentations, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.Lead, mentor, and develop scientific affairs specialists, research coordinators, technical writers, analysts, and cross-functional teams while fostering a culture of scientific integrity, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biology, Healthcare Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.Master's degree, Ph.D., PharmD, MD, or professional certifications in Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, Regulatory Affairs, Scientific Communication, or related fields are highly advantageous.Minimum 5 years of experience in scientific affairs, medical affairs, research, clinical development, regulatory science, healthcare, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or related roles.At least 2 years of experience managing scientific programs, research collaborations, scientific communications, or multidisciplinary technical teams preferred.Strong understanding of scientific research methodologies, evidence-based medicine, clinical research, regulatory requirements, scientific publications, data interpretation, and stakeholder engagement.Experience with scientific databases, research management systems, clinical trial platforms, document management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, analytics platforms, and knowledge management tools.Familiarity with AI-powered scientific research tools, automated literature review platforms, real-world evidence (RWE) analytics, digital health technologies, data visualization, and emerging research technologies is advantageous.Strong leadership, scientific writing, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple scientific initiatives while balancing research priorities, regulatory requirements, business objectives, timelines, budgets, and scientific integrity.Willingness to travel for scientific conferences, research meetings, advisory boards, academic
