About Us: CxT Discovery—a non-profit focused research organization (FRO) based at UC Berkeley—is launching drug-discovery campaigns targeting protein interaction networks central to human biology and disease. We aim to develop compounds capable of selectively modulating gene expression to address mechanisms underlying diseases with unmet medical need. By discovering tool compounds, we will enable research that could yield mechanistic insights into the regulation of gene expression and lead to novel therapeutics. About You: CxT is looking for a highly motivated, creative, and nimble scientist who will be at the core of our drug discovery programs—someone with a “startup” mindset and drive. You combine industry-level rigor and team focus with academia-level curiosity and independent thinking.
