قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجOB Scrub Technician – Night ShiftLocation: White Plains, NY 10601Department: Labor and DeliveryShift: NightsHours: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AMDays: Monday–Friday, alternating weekends and holidaysGuaranteed Hours: 37.5 hours/weekPay Range: $37.6032–$56.4048/hourKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare instruments, supplies, and equipment prior to surgical procedures.Scrub, set up, count instruments, and assist during surgical procedures.Maintain the highest standards of sterile technique throughout procedures.Anticipate the needs of surgeons and provide appropriate instruments and supplies.Collect and properly label cord gases during deliveries.Assist surgeons and RNs with post-procedure care.Handle, identify, and transport specimens appropriately.Prepare instruments and equipment for decontamination.Assist with preparing and picking surgical/OR cases.Check equipment and identify malfunctioning equipment appropriately.Follow White Plains Hospital infection control and fire safety policies.Maintain patient safety standards throughout surgical procedures.Respond appropriately to emergency situations.Complete required competencies and mandatory in-services.Follow applicable New York State surgical technology requirements.Utilize appropriate cost-containment practices.Complete required continuing education credits under New York State law.Perform other related duties as assigned.Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED.Graduate of a CAAHEP- or ABHES-accredited Surgical Technology program and maintain current CST certification; ORCompletion of a military Surgical Technology program; ORQualify under applicable grandfathering provisions; ORFederal government service performing duties related to surgical technology.Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification from a nationally accredited surgical technologist credentialing organization, such as the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting.Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.Prior Surgical Technologist experience preferred.The ideal candidate will have strong Labor & Delivery/OB surgical experience, excellent knowledge of sterile technique, and the ability to anticipate surgeon needs during procedures. Candidates should be comfortable working overnight shifts, alternating weekends and holidays, and responding effectively in a fast-paced Labor and Delivery environment.Important:
