Scrum MasterPerm RoleAbu Dhabi10+ years experience working as a Scrum Master, preferably in a large organizationShould have considerable knowledge regarding Project management methodologies (traditional & agile), good acquaintance to Project management tools and Mobile App release mechanisms.Deep expertise in Scrum, with exposure to one or more scaling frameworks. Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM / PSM / SSM / PMI-ACP) is an added advantage.Knowledge of at least one other Agile approach, such as Kanban, Scrumban, Lean, or XPStrong influencer and a good communicatorUnderstanding of software developmentKnowledge of banking products, digital channels (especially Mobile and Internet Banking) and servicesStrong technical background to work with multiple teams across the bank.Experience of working in fast paced, challenging environment.Ensure stakeholder management, clear communication and timely reportingGood understanding to the technical application security, compliance and audit requirements
