We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across cross-functional teams in a telecom, software development, or IT environment. The role focuses on facilitating Agile practices, removing delivery impediments, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Location: RiyadhRequirements5–7 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project ManagerStrong experience in Telecom, Software Development, or IT projectsStrong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworksExperience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar toolsExcellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skillsExperience coaching teams on Agile practices and self-organizationAbility to identify and remove impediments and dependenciesExperience tracking Agile metrics such as velocity and burndown chartsQualificationsCertified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master certification preferredExperience with telecom platforms, particularly OSS/BSS, preferredExposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments is a plusPrior experience working with global or offshore teams preferred
