Location: SydneyDuration:FTERole1:We are seeking an experienced Pega Business Analyst to work with business stakeholders, technical teams and solution architects to analyse business requirements and translate them into effective Pega-based solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, workflow design and Agile delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements.Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews and requirement elicitation sessions.Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for workflow automation and process improvement using Pega.Work closely with Pega developers, System Architects, Solution Architects and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.Support the design and implementation of Pega case management, workflows, business rules and application solutions.Prepare process flows, business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications and supporting documentation.

Job Title: Pega Project ManagerRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Pega Project Manager to lead the planning, delivery and implementation of Pega-based enterprise applications.
