Its expertise spans Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Low-Code/No-Code development, application performance, and lifecycle management.Adree is looking for a Scrum Master, Senior to lead and facilitate Agile practices across teams, ensuring effective collaboration, continuous improvement, and successful product delivery. The role involves coaching teams on Scrum and Agile principles, managing risks and impediments, optimizing workflows, and supporting Product Owners and project stakeholders in achieving business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, extensive Scrum experience, and the ability to drive Agile transformation and foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation and adoption of Scrum and Agile principles, values, and practices across teamsFacilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremoniesMonitor team progress through daily practices, performance dashboards, and relevant Agile metricsIdentify, assess, and manage risks, impediments, and dependencies that may affect sprint execution and product deliveryFacilitate effective decision-making and problem-solving to enhance team performance and productivityDrive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying workflow inefficiencies and implementing actionable improvement plansPromote effective communication, collaboration, and coordination among development teams, Product Owners, project managers, and stakeholdersPrepare and present daily status updates, progress reports, and performance metrics to relevant stakeholdersUtilize Agile project management tools, particularly Jira, and collaboration platforms such as Slack, to manage workflows and track progressCoordinate with teams and project managers to monitor project financial processes and ensure alignment with project plansCoach and mentor teams on Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and best practices for effective deliverySupport Product Owners in product roadmap development, release planning, and annual release planning activitiesDefine and monitor cross-functional KPIs to improve team alignment, performance, and organizational effectivenessEstablish a psychologically safe and transparent working environment that encourages open communication, accountability, and continuous learning without a blame cultureDefine and standardize Scrum processes, working agreements, and Agile governance practices while optimizing team workflows to improve delivery efficiency and operational consistencyDevelop and maintain workflows for different work items, ensuring clear processes and effective trackingSupport change management initiatives related to product delivery, team structures, and ways of workingDrive Agile maturity and support the adoption of scalable Agile frameworks where applicableRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related technical disciplineMinimum of 8 years of experience in Scrum and Agile environmentsAt least 2 years of experience in a directly relevant Scrum Master roleStrong understanding of Scrum principles, Agile methodologies, and continuous improvement practicesProven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing team impediments, and improving delivery performanceHands-on experience with Jira and familiarity with collaboration tools such as SlackStrong technical background and the ability to collaborate effectively with software development teamsExperience with Agile performance metrics, workflow optimization, risk management, and stakeholder reportingRelevant Agile certifications, preferably:Disciplined Agile Coach (DAC) - PMI or ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC)SAFe Leadership certification or a higher-level equivalentRequired Skills and CompetenciesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong planning, organizational, and time management skillsEffective risk management and problem-solving abilitiesStrong facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skillsAbility to drive continuous improvement and manage organizational changeStrong collaboration and teamworkTechnical awareness and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional technical teamsProficiency in Jira and Agile workflow managementAbility to influence stakeholders, facilitate decision-making, and manage competing prioritiesStrong leadership skills with a focus on team empowerment, transparency, and accountability
