The Scrum Master will play a key role in facilitating agile ceremonies, removing impediments, ensuring alignment across engineering teams, and supporting continuous improvement across the product development lifecycle. This role requires strong collaboration with software, hardware, systems engineering, and product stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-qualityResponsibilitiesCollaborate with other Scrum Masters to ensure alignment of agile practices, consistent implementation of frameworks, and smooth coordination across all teamsFacilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and RetrospectivesGuide and coach the team on Agile/SAFe principles, ensuring consistent and effective implementationMaintain team sprint boards, backlogs, and metrics to ensure transparency and alignmentWork closely with Product Owners to refine requirements, define user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure readiness via DoR/DoDDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team collaboration, predictability, and delivery qualityCoordinate with cross-functional stakeholdersRequirementsExperience in autonomous systems, robotics, automotive, AI/ML, or other high-tech engineering environmentsSAFe Agilist, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), or other Agile certificationsUnderstanding of systems engineering processes, hardware/software integration, or testing/IVV workflowsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fieldMinimum 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum MasterStrong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and preferably SAFe methodologiesExperience working with multi-disciplinary engineering teams (software, hardware, robotics, systems)Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and related Agile frameworksProven ability to manage complex technical projects with multiple stakeholdersStrong understanding of agile metricsAbility to handle competing priorities, timelines, and deliverablesExcellent communication and facilitation skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and proactive mindsetAbility to build trust and foster collaboration within and across teamsEmpathy, patience, and a coaching-oriented approachHigh level of adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving environmentConflict resolution and stakeholder alignment skillsWhat we offerWe offer a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and the opportunity to work alongside some of the brightest minds in the Autonomous Robotics industry.
