SD Field Support Engineer

ResponsibilitiesProvide onsite L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.Support Microsoft 365, Teams, and video-conferencing equipment.Perform hardware installation, configuration, replacement, and preventive maintenance.Troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity and perform basic network checks.Coordinate technical escalations with network, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams.Maintain technical records and support operational procedures.RequirementsDiploma degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.3+ Yrs. of experience in Field Support.CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent certification.ITIL Foundation certification.Hands-on experience in desktop hardware and software troubleshooting.Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, end-user devices, and basic networking.Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
