We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer / SDET (Platform & Infrastructure Engineering) with 7+ years of hands-on experience in building enterprise-grade validation automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and software productivity tools across hybrid cloud, compute, and storage platforms.In this role, you will lead end-to-end quality engineering, root-cause analysis, and infrastructure automation for critical platform workflows (such as Dell PowerFlex and Cisco Intersight ecosystems). You will also innovate at the intersection of infrastructure and AI by applying Agentic AI, RAG, and GenAI workflows to automate engineering diagnostics and root cause analysis (RCA).Key ResponsibilitiesFramework Architecture & AutomationDesign, build, and maintain enterprise automation frameworks using Python, Selenium, Pytest, and Unittest.Expand automated validation across Firmware.CI/CD Architecture & Infrastructure AutomationArchitect and optimize robust Jenkins & Groovy-based CI/CD pipelines.Automate infrastructure provisioning, including passwordless SSH deployment, LUN provisioning, driver tracking, and server reservation tools.AI-Driven Engineering & ProductivityDesign and prototype Agentic AI & GenAI tools (using LangGraph, MCP, RAG, and GPT-4o) integrated into Jenkins pipelines for automated Root Cause Analysis (RCA) with SME-in-the-loop validation.Build internal developer-productivity tools (Django/Python web apps) to streamline engineering workflows, driver compatibility checks, and lab asset allocation.Quality Engineering & Technical LeadershipOwn end-to-end defect management, root-cause analysis, and advanced debugging for enterprise storage and cloud management platforms.Perform code reviews, enforce engineering best practices, and mentor junior engineers and interns.Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: 7+ years in Software Development, QA Automation, or SDET roles within Enterprise Infrastructure, Storage, or Cloud Platforms.Core Languages: Strong proficiency in Python,Automation Frameworks: Advanced hands-on experience with Selenium, and Unittest.CI/CD & DevOps: Deep knowledge of Jenkins pipeline creation, Git, DockerAI & Emerging Technologies: Practical exposure to GenAI, Agentic AI (LangGraph, MCP), RAG, and GPT-4o applications for engineering automation.Interview & Work Location RequirementsWork Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India.Interview Process: Mandatory Face-to-Face (In-Person) technical evaluation conducted at our Bangalore engineering facility.Apply here : Sasidhar.m@technogenindia.com
