Sea Freight Customer Service Executive

Vibrant Freight LLC is seeking a Sea Freight Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic operations team. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about international logistics, this is your chance to contribute to seamless sea freight operations while growing your career.Job ResponsibilitiesReceive, record, and process pre-alerts and orders for assigned customers.Manage sea import clearance and coordinate transportation to ensure timely delivery.Validate pre-alert documents within 24 hours and communicate updates to suppliers.Record shipment details in Logi-SYS, apply for delivery orders, and coordinate with the accounts, transport, and liner teams.Prepare forecasts, shipment-related payment requests, and maintain accurate cost updates.Ensure timely invoicing, document uploads, and DDS updates.Update daily pipeline and delivery reports for customers and monitor shipment arrivals.Coordinate internally to ensure efficient clearance and container delivery.Support operational improvements and assist the Division Controller in optimizing workflows.Share operational insights and solutions with colleagues to ensure smooth deliveries.Qualifications & Skills2–3 years of experience in Sea Freight Operations.Strong knowledge of documentation and clearance procedures.Proficiency in Logi-SYS or similar logistics software.Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
