Sea Freight Import Executive – Freight Forwarding

Location: JAFZA, Dubai, UAEWe are looking for an experienced Sea Freight Import Executive to manage end-to-end import shipment operations within a freight-forwarding environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day sea freight import shipments and provide regular ETA/transshipment updates.Review HBL, MBL, pre-alert documents, cost sheets and agent invoices.Coordinate cargo arrival notices and Delivery Order (DO) release.Coordinate with customs/clearance teams for Bill of Entry, customs inspection and shipment clearance.Liaise with shipping lines, customers, transport teams and internal departments.Coordinate shipment delivery and obtain POD.Monitor shipping-line invoices, customs deposits, duties, storage and additional charges.Maintain shipment trackers and provide regular customer updates.Ensure accurate job costing, documentation and timely job closure in TMS.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of UAE freight-forwarding experience, preferably handling imports.Strong knowledge of Sea Freight Import Operations.Understanding of HBL/MBL, Delivery Orders, Bill of Entry and customs-clearance processes.Experience coordinating with shipping lines, customs/clearance teams and transporters.Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or similar discipline.CargoWise experience is an advantage.Good MS Office, communication and coordination skills.Sea Freight | Ocean Freight | Freight Forwarding | Import Operations | Sea Freight Imports | Import Documentation | Shipping Documentation | Customs Clearance | Bill of Lading | HBL | MBL | Delivery Order | Bill of Entry | Shipping Lines | Logistics Operations | Freight Operations | Shipment Coordination | Import Logistics | CargoWise | Transportation | POD | Customer Service | Supply Chain | Microsoft Excel
