🚢 𝐖𝐄 𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐇𝐈𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐆: 𝐒𝐄𝐀 𝐅𝐑𝐄𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓 𝐎𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐒𝐏𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐒𝐓 – 𝐓𝐇𝐀𝐈𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐃Location: Bangkok, ThailandPosition: Sea Freight Operation SpecialistIndustry: Freight Forwarding / LogisticsWe are looking for a Sea Freight Operation Specialist to join our team in Bangkok. If you have experience in sea freight operations and are proficient in Thai, Chinese and English, we’d love to hear from you!𝗝𝗢𝗕 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦Follow up shipments according to customer and internal SOPs to ensure smooth and compliant operations.Coordinate with factories and overseas agents to reconcile shipment information and provide required documents, including VGM, to carriers.Handle Bill of Lading (BL) and invoicing procedures after vessel departure.Follow up factory payments and arrange the release of Forwarder’s BL upon payment confirmation.Coordinate carrier payments and arrange the release of Carrier’s BL.Maintain accurate shipment documentation and update relevant information in the system.Track cargo transportation progress and coordinate with truckers, warehouses, customs brokers, shipping lines, and other partners to ensure on-time shipment and delivery.Upload cargo manifests to Thai Customs systems (e-Customs / NSW) within the required timeline.Communicate and negotiate with customers in Thai, Chinese, and English; provide booking information and respond to customer inquiries.Maintain booking records and prepare operational reports and analysis when required.Monitor daily operations, identify issues or irregularities, and provide timely updates and feedback to supervisors.Consistently achieve customer and company operational KPIs.Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor within the scope of the position.𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦College degree or above.Proficient in Thai, Chinese, and English (CET-4 or equivalent English proficiency).Majors related to Logistics, Customs Declaration & International Freight, International Trade, Port & Shipping Management, or other relevant fields are preferred.Experience in sea freight forwarding operations is preferred.Experience with Thailand local sea freight operations or knowledge of Thai customs and shipping regulations is a strong advantage.Proactive, well-organized, and capable of planning and executing tasks independently.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗪𝗘 𝗢𝗙𝗙𝗘𝗥 Paid Sick Leave: 1 day/month, in accordance with Thai labor law Social Security: SSO and other statutory benefits Holiday Benefits: Company holidays and public holidays Full Attendance Bonus: +200 RMB or equivalent in THB Career Development: Annual performance review and promotion opportunities𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗧𝗢 𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗟𝗬 If you are interested in joining our team and building your career in the international freight forwarding industry, Please send your CV / Resume to jade@mrflogistics.com with the following email subject: Subject: [Thailand] – Your Name#Hiring #ThailandJobs #BangkokJobs #LogisticsJobs #ShippingJobs #SeaFreightOperation #Logistics
