Company NameCTS International Freight Hungary Kft.LocationBudapest, HungaryJob OverviewThis position is responsible for the daily operations of sea freight import and export shipments, including transportation coordination, documentation, shipment tracking, and communication with customers and logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely delivery.Responsibilities and DutiesArrange and coordinate pickup, delivery, and transportation of sea freight import and export shipments to ensure timely delivery.Prepare, review, and maintain sea freight-related documents and support import and export declaration procedures.Maintain daily communication with carriers, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth freight operations.Track shipment and order status, and coordinate transportation and delivery details to ensure successful completion.Accurately enter shipment information and tracking records into the relevant systems, ensuring data completeness and accuracy.Monitor shipment progress and proactively identify and resolve operational issues to ensure safe and timely delivery.Support the team in handling daily sea freight operations and other related tasksQualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher; a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.2–3 years of relevant experience in sea freight operations or freight forwarding is preferred.Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with different departments and suppliers.Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant business systems, with the ability to adapt quickly to new working environments.Strong customer service awareness and the ability to respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and appropriate manner.Responsible, proactive, and able to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English; Hungarian language skills would be an advantage.What we offer
