SEA Senior Bidding Manager (Thailand or Malaysia)

We’re Hiring: SEA Senior Bidding Manager (Thailand or Malaysia)We are looking for an experienced Senior Bidding Manager to lead end-to-end bidding activities for complex Data Center, Industrial Automation, Smart Manufacturing, Digitalization, Energy Management, and Factory Infrastructure (MEP) projects.In this role, you will be the key owner of the bidding process, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, compliant, and competitive proposals.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the full bidding lifecycle from RFP receipt through final submission and post-tender clarificationLead cross-functional bidding teams across Engineering, Sales, Solution, Procurement, and Business UnitsManage bid timelines, deliverables, resources, and internal approval processesEnsure alignment between technical solutions, BOQ, and commercial pricingLead bid kickoff meetings, internal reviews, and submission processesManage bid risks, compliance, documentation quality, and governanceLead and develop Electrical & Mechanical Bidding Engineers and Bid Administration teamsDrive continuous improvement and lessons learned across bidding activitiesQualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field8–12 years of experience in bidding, tendering, proposal management, or project managementExperience in industrial automation, smart manufacturing, factory digitalization, energy management, or infrastructure projectsGood understanding of production line automation, MES/SCADA, energy management systems, and facility infrastructureProven experience in team leadership and people developmentStrong project management, commercial, analytical, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple deadlinesWhy Join Us?This is an opportunity to take a strategic leadership role in complex, high-value projects, working across multiple technical and business functions while building and developing a high-performing bidding team.Please note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted by the SEA Talent Acquisition team.
