The teacher will plan and deliver engaging English Language and Literature lessons aligned with the British curriculum for secondary students. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records of achievement. The role also involves contributing to curriculum development, differentiating instruction to meet diverse learning needs, and supporting the school’s ethos through participation in departmental meetings, parent communication, and school events. The teacher is expected to create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes critical thinking, reading, writing, and a love of literature.Qualifications Strong classroom expertise in English Teaching and English Literature, with experience at secondary level.Status as a Qualified Teacher with relevant teaching certification or license.Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development within a British or similar international framework.Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Education, or a closely related field.Effective classroom management, differentiation skills, and the ability to support diverse learners.Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.Experience in international or multicultural school settings is an advantage.Commitment to ongoing professional development and collaboration with colleagues.
