This role involves conducting market research on existing properties, advising clients on pricing, investment potential, and transaction strategies, and preparing analyses and reports to support decision-making. The consultant will manage client relationships, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions. Daily responsibilities also include staying updated on local market trends, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to sales targets and business development initiatives.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Market Analysis and Analytical Skills to evaluate property values, trends, and investment opportunities.Candidates should possess Consulting and Communication skills to advise clients effectively and build long-term relationships.Candidates should possess foundational Finance skills to interpret financial data, returns, and investment scenarios.Candidates should have proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools for documentation, reporting, and client management.Candidates should demonstrate a client-focused mindset, negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Relevant experience in real estate or property consulting is preferred, especially in secondary market transactions.A diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous; local market knowledge of Ras Al Khaimah is a plus.
