Key Responsibilities

Manage property sales and rentals across Dubai’s secondary market.Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and landlords.Source new listings and develop a strong portfolio of properties.Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and close transactions.Stay up to date with Dubai’s property market trends and pricing.

Requirements

Previous experience in Dubai’s secondary real estate market is preferred.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.A self-motivated, target-driven approach with a passion for real estate.A valid UAE driving license is an advantage.A RERA license is a must.
