The team is dedicated to building enduring partnerships and contributing to property legacies that stand the test of time.Role Description The Secondary Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for managing and growing secondary market property sales, overseeing a portfolio of listed properties, and ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified leads. Daily activities include supervising and mentoring a sales team, conducting market analysis, preparing pricing and sales strategies, and coordinating property viewings and negotiations with buyers and sellers. The Secondary Sales Manager will collaborate with marketing and listing teams to optimize property exposure, maintain accurate sales reporting, and ensure high standards of client service and compliance with local real estate regulations. The role also involves building strong relationships with brokers, investors, and partners to expand the company’s network and drive revenue growth.Qualifications Proven experience in secondary real estate sales or brokerage, preferably in Dubai or the wider UAE market.Strong skills in sales strategy, lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.Ability to analyze market trends, pricing, and investment potential to advise clients and guide the sales team.Experience managing and coaching a sales team, including performance tracking and target setting.Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail in all client and partner interactions.Familiarity with local real estate regulations, contracts, and transaction processes in Dubai and the UAE.Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software for reporting, documentation, and pipeline management.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.Fluency in English required; additional languages, particularly Arabic, are an advantage.
