Location: Dubai, UAEDepartment: Secondary SalesReporting To: CEO We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Secondary Sales Manager to grow our Secondary Market department in Dubai.The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Dubai resale market, proven experience managing a high-performing sales team, and the ability to recruit, coach, and develop experienced agents while driving consistent revenue growth.This role requires a hands-on leader who understands listings, seller acquisition, buyer conversion, pricing strategy, negotiation, team performance, and the day-to-day realities of Dubai’s secondary real estate market.

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Dubai real estate managing or leading a real estate sales team.Proven track record of closing secondary market transactions.Strong understanding of Dubai communities, pricing, seller behavior, buyer expectations, and market trends.Demonstrated ability to recruit, retain, and develop high-performing agents.Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.If you are interested please send email to hr@18bricks.ae or contact me at 0559504839
