If you have strong experience in Dubai’s secondary market, a solid network, and the ability to lead a high-performing team, we’d love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities✓ Oversee the end-to-end sales process for residential and commercial resale properties✓ Build and manage a strong pipeline of buyers and sellers✓ Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Secondary Market Consultants✓ Conduct property valuations and advise clients on competitive pricing✓ Negotiate sale and purchase agreements effectively✓ Develop strong relationships with clients, property owners, and market partners✓ Monitor Dubai real estate market trends and identify new business opportunities✓ Track team performance and provide regular reports to managementRequirements✓ Minimum 3 years of experience in Dubai’s secondary/resale real estate market✓ Strong network of buyers, sellers, agents, and property owners in Dubai✓ Valid RERA certification✓ Proven team leadership and performance management skills✓ Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities✓ Excellent command of English✓ Fluency in Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, or other Indian languages is an advantage✓ Strong business development and target-oriented mindset✓ Immediate joiners preferred📩 Interested candidates can share their CV's to 0585913678/hr@lykarealty.aeONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED
