Responsibilities include planning schemes of work, preparing lesson materials, assessing and monitoring student progress, and providing constructive feedback to support learning. The teacher will manage classroom behavior positively, differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs, and contribute to the academic, social, and moral development of students. The role also involves regular communication with parents and collaboration with colleagues to support whole-school initiatives and extracurricular activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.Qualifications Candidates should be a Qualified Teacher with recognized teaching credentials and proven experience teaching English at the secondary level.Candidates should possess strong Lesson Planning and Teaching skills, including the ability to differentiate instruction and design engaging, curriculum-aligned learning activities.Candidates should have excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with students, colleagues, and parents, and for clear written and verbal expression.Relevant academic background in English Language, English Literature, or Education; familiarity with the National Curriculum for England is highly beneficial.Experience in student assessment, use of data to inform teaching, classroom management, and supporting the pastoral and holistic development of learners.Commitment to inclusion, safeguarding, professional ethics, and ongoing professional development; international or multicultural school experience is an advantage.
