The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential correspondence, preparing reports, and facilitating communication between the COO and internal and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the COO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and confidentially.Prepare letters, presentations, reports, and other business documents.Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and confidential documents.Coordinate communication between the COO and departments, clients, and external partners.Track deadlines, monitor pending tasks, and ensure timely follow-up.Arrange business travel, accommodation, and expense documentation.Assist in planning executive meetings, events, and operational activities.Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the COO.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.+5 years of experience as an Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role supporting senior management.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.Key CompetenciesExcellent organizational skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detailAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasksProblem-solving skillsTime managementProfessionalism and integrityAbility to work under pressureWorking ConditionsFull-time position.Office-based with occasional flexibility to support executive meetings or business requirements outside normal working hours when necessary.
