This position is responsible for managing daily administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, greeting visitors, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and maintaining office supplies. The role includes scheduling meetings and appointments, preparing and organizing documents, maintaining filing systems and records, and supporting basic bookkeeping or data entry as needed. The Secretary will assist executives and team members with correspondence, meeting minutes, and travel or logistics coordination.
