The Secretary will provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence and documents. Day-to-day tasks will include maintaining records and databases, handling phone calls and emails, greeting visitors, and coordinating internal and external meetings. The role also involves supporting company secretarial activities such as preparing meeting agendas, collating board papers, recording minutes, and ensuring proper documentation and filing. The Secretary will work closely with executives and team members to ensure smooth office operations, timely communication, and professional customer service.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong clerical skills, including document management, data entry, record keeping, and office organization.Candidates should possess effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional interaction with internal and external stakeholders.Candidates should possess experience with company secretarial work, such as preparing agendas, drafting minutes, and handling corporate documentation.Candidates should possess executive administrative assistance capabilities, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.Candidates should possess customer service skills, demonstrating a professional, courteous, and solution-oriented approach to clients and visitors.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic office equipment is required.Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and reliability, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role, ideally within financial services or a corporate environment, is an advantage.A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, office management, or a related field is preferred.Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an asset.
