In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our organization, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and facilitating effective communication across departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, professional demeanor, and a commitment to supporting our team's success through efficient and reliable administrative assistance.Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments with internal and external stakeholdersPrepare, format, and maintain professional correspondence, reports, and documentationOrganize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of informationPerform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detailScreen and direct phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries in a professional mannerCoordinate office operations, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining office equipmentAssist with event planning and coordination, including meeting preparation and logisticsSupport multiple team members or departments with administrative tasks as neededMaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionPerform general clerical duties and other administrative tasks to support organizational efficiencyQualificationsProven experience in a secretarial or administrative support roleProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office softwareExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesDemonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize competing demandsExceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all workProfessional demeanor and interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriatelyProblem-solving mindset and proactive approach to identifying solutionsCustomer service orientation and supportive attitude toward team membersFamiliarity with scheduling software and calendar management tools (preferred)Experience in a corporate or professional office environment (preferred)
