Apply & track with Apply EdgeJob ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the President and the Company.Assist the President with business correspondence and email communications, particularly in Chinese and English.Manage the President’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings and business engagements, and providing timely reminders of upcoming, rescheduled or cancelled meetings.Coordinate meeting arrangements, including scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms and preparing relevant materials.Coordinate domestic and overseas travel arrangements, including itineraries, transportation and accommodation. Overseas travel may be required.Provide Chinese-English translation and interpretation support for meetings, business discussions, correspondence and other business matters as required.Prepare, transcribe and distribute meeting agendas, minutes and follow-up action items.Prepare, organize and maintain confidential and sensitive documents and information with a high level of discretion.Receive, screen and relay telephone calls and messages in a professional manner.Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to follow up on matters assigned by the President and ensure timely execution.Assist with ad hoc projects, business activities and other assignments as requested by the President.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above from a reputable university, preferably in Business Administration, Management, International Relations, Communications, English Languages or a related discipline.3–5 years of relevant experience in executive assistance, secretarial support, management support, business coordination or a similar role.Previous experience supporting senior executives or C-suite management is highly preferred.Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese, with strong Chinese-English translation and interpretation capabilities.Excellent communication, interpersonal and coordination skills, with the confidence to interact with senior management and external stakeholders.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Mature, discreet and trustworthy, with a strong sense of confidentiality and professional integrity.Proactive, detail-oriented, resourceful and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Flexible and willing to travel domestically and internationally when required.Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Candidates with experience in international business, trading, shipping, commodities, consulting or other multinational business environments will be an advantage.
