Apply if you want to join a dynamic international team as expert responsible for study verification and dossier preparation for registration of plant protection products in European Union.Position：Efficacy section leaderJob description and tasksPreparation and coordination efficacy/selectivity study contractation program in EU.Preparation efficacy Data Gap Analysis and GAP devalopment for efficacy trials performance.Recommend good CRO for trial performance and, negotiate price.Propose and manage the approved budget for efficacy trials.Maintain cooperation with CRO across EU for plant protection products efficacy trials program.Coordinate protocols preparation, verification study plans and efficacy reports.Summarization and analysis trial results, propose sloution for abnormal results.Cooperation with Regulatory Team and Portfolio Managers on products registration included in the portfolio and new ideas.As Efficacy Section leader manage, support and trainee Team Members for efficient work. Mentoring and supervising junior experts.Set up and implement yearly/monthly plan and targets. Organize team members work to implement it, including the work arrangement and coordination of the efficacy section.Set up, update and implement procedures to the Team, and optimize according to best practice.
