Section Manager

Our client is one of the leading companies in the Food & Beverage industry, and They are now looking for a Ladies Section Manager to join their team.Roles & Responsibilities:Manage daily operations of the ladies’ section and ensure a smooth, welcoming customer experience.Supervise approximately 15–18 employees, including waiters and support staff.Organize shifts, delegate responsibilities, and monitor attendance, productivity, and performance.Ensure consistent service quality, cleanliness, operational readiness, and adherence to company procedures.Handle customer requests and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.Coordinate with other restaurant sections, kitchen teams, and the Operations Manager to maintain efficient workflow.Coach and guide employees to improve service standards and teamwork.Prepare basic operational reports and communicate key issues or staffing needs to management.Maintain a professional, respectful, and well-organized working environment.Support branch management in meeting customer-service and operational targets.LocationBishah - Saudi Arabia

Qualifications

Relevant experience in F&B, restaurants, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing operational environment is preferred.Previous supervisory or people-management experience is strongly preferred.Strong customer-service, staff-supervision, coordination, and people-management skills.Ability to manage approximately 15–18 employees.Good to fluent English, with the ability to communicate effectively with multinational staff.Basic operational reporting skills.International driving license is mandatory.Female Arab nationalities preferred, Benefits: Opportunity to work with a big Company
