Apply & track with Apply EdgePosition Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Lead to join our Cybersecurity & Compliance practice. This role blends expert consulting with hands-on implementation, supporting client engagements across Europe and the Middle East. The ideal candidate has a Big Four or top-tier tech consulting background (e.g., Accenture, IBM) and a solid academic foundation in Computer Engineering or Computer Science from a prestigious university. Key Responsibilities • Advisory & Delivery: Lead consulting and implementation engagements in cybersecurity, cyber strategy, data privacy, and compliance transformation. • Market & Business Development: Drive growth across EMEA, identify opportunities, and support go-to-market strategies in the Security, Data & AI domains. • Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted relationships with clients, partners (e.g., Microsoft, OneTrust, Okta), and internal teams to co-develop solutions and ensure delivery excellence. • Solution Development: Lead development of joint offerings—particularly with Microsoft Security & Compliance stack—to meet evolving regulatory and business needs. • Change Management: Guide clients through change initiatives related to data protection, AI adoption, and security modernization. • Standards & Strategy: Assess and enhance client security and privacy postures using frameworks like ISO 27001, ISO 27701, GDPR, PDPL, and more. Qualifications Experience: • 5–7+ years in cybersecurity, data privacy, and/or AI consulting and implementation. • Proven background in Big Four or top consulting firms, or senior internal security roles. • Delivered end-to-end Data Privacy Programs using platforms like OneTrust, Securiti.AI, BigID, Microsoft Priva, etc. • Hands-on implementation of ISMS & PIMS (ISO 27001 & ISO 27701). Education: • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field from a top-tier university. Skills: • Strong command of Microsoft Security & Compliance technologies. • Knowledge of global data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA) and AI risk frameworks. • Experience co-developing joint vendor offerings (Microsoft, OneTrust, Okta). • Excellent presentation, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills. • Proven ability to lead regional business development and delivery programs.
