Security & Monitoring Coordinator

The company focuses on revitalizing historical areas and transforming them into vibrant destinations that support tourism, culture, and quality of life, in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.We are looking for a detail-oriented Security & Monitoring Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining a safe and well-organized environment by monitoring surveillance systems, documenting security incidents and observations, supporting access control procedures, and coordinating with security teams and relevant departments. The role requires a high level of confidentiality, responsiveness, and appropriate escalation of security-related matters.1. Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor CCTV cameras and security surveillance systems, identify unusual or suspicious activities, and escalate them in accordance with approved procedures.Document security incidents and observations, ensuring that relevant records and reports are accurate and up to date.Support and monitor access control procedures for employees, visitors, and contractors.Coordinate security patrols and inspections and follow up on observations and corrective actions.Review surveillance footage when required while maintaining the confidentiality of information and evidence.Support emergency response, evacuation, and security preparedness activities.Coordinate with internal departments, security personnel, contractors, and service providers to complete required security procedures.Prepare security alerts, reports, and updates as required.Comply with security policies and procedures, privacy requirements, and information confidentiality standards.2. QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Risk Management, Occupational Health and Safety, Business Administration, or a related field.0–2 years of experience in security, surveillance, CCTV systems, access control, or a related field.Good communication skills in both Arabic and English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications.Strong attention to detail, with good observation and follow-up skills and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.Ability to work and coordinate effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
