قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجWe’re Hiring | Security & Safety Sr. ManagerWe are looking for an experienced Security & Safety Sr. Manager to join our Operations team in Riyadh.The role will be responsible for leading and overseeing Security & Safety operations across operating and upcoming shopping malls, ensuring the protection of people and assets, regulatory compliance, emergency preparedness, business continuity, and a safe and customer-focused environment.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement Security & Safety strategies, policies, standards, and governance frameworks across all malls.Lead Security & Safety operations, ensuring effective risk management, emergency preparedness, and business continuity.Oversee security incidents, safety events, crisis management, and corrective actions.Manage Security & Life Safety systems, including CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and emergency communication systems.Monitor and manage security service providers, contractors, vendors, and contractual service levels.Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with Security & Safety standards.Support new mall developments, openings, and projects by ensuring Security & Safety operational readiness.Coordinate with Mall Managers, Facilities Management, Projects, tenants, contractors, and government authorities.Lead and develop Security & Safety teams while managing budgets and driving operational efficiency.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety, Insurance & Risk Management, Engineering, or a related field.Experience in shopping malls, mixed-use developments, hospitality, airports, or similar large public facilities.Experience managing outsourced security contracts and regulatory compliance.Experience supporting new developments and mall openings.Strong knowledge of Security, Safety, Fire & Life Safety regulations.Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, CPP, PSP, NFPA, or equivalent are preferred.Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.GCC experience is preferred.
