We operate at high velocity, high scale, and high standards — and we’re building systems meant to last.ROLE OVERVIEWThis is a mid-level Security Analyst role designed for someone ready to stretch beyond pure ops work — you'll take ownership of detection engineering and compliance programs, work directly with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, and help us build and scale. You'll have direct input to shape how security operations scale alongside a fast-growing company. You will be supported by a local security team with deep expertise across the full spectrum of security domains. We have a strong bias for action and we are all builders.WHAT YOU'LL OWNAccess Control: Ensure company follows RBAC, least privilege principles, and good security practicesCompliance & Governance: Conduct regular reviews and audit to ensure we meet ISO27001 and regulatory requirementsDetection & Response: Take the lead on designing and implementing robust SIEM/SOAR with dashboards, alerts, and detection engineeringInvestigations & Analysis: Work closely with with key stakeholders in security investigations and incident responseCorpSec: Work with partner teams and help them instrument secure operation procedures and data protection practicesWHAT YOU BRING3+ years hands-on security experience focused on security operationsA strong bias for action and operational excellenceDeep Experience with Datadog or similar SIEM toolsAbility to correlate events and reconstruct events from log analysisA “hacker mindset” with a strong culture of ownership. You proactively hunt for issues before they become problemsFamiliarity with a cloud-native IT / Security environmentFamiliarity with AI & automation and how they boost productivityNICE TO HAVECISSP, Security+, ITIL, or similar security certificationsExposure to gaming / real-time bidding industry
